Expiration Date
Expiration date is a required field if you select Ink as the product type. If Ink is selected as the product type then you need to include the expiration date or click the N/A option if no expiration date is available. For all other product types you can leave the date field blank. If you are not selecting Ink as the product type and have accidenally entered a date in the date field please remove the date and leave the field empty.
Price Per Unit
If you don't know what amount you want leave these fields blank and we will enter a value for you.
Credit
Credit value is higher than the Cash value that you can use towards orders from our office supply site. Contact sales@surplustonerbuyer.com to get started. We carry everything for the office at pricing far below the big box stores!
Number of Shipping Boxes
Shipping box count is for the amount of shipping boxes used for shipping your items. This is not for the
amount of individual product boxes that you have. Product boxes need to be placed into shipping boxes before
being shipping to Surplus Toner Buyer.
Number of Shipping Pallets
The number of shipping pallets is the number of fully loaded pallets it would require to ship the total number of
of shipping boxes included in your offer. Only fill in this field if your offer contains enough shipping boxes to fill one or more entire pallets worth of product.
Estimated Shipping Weight
The total estimated combined weight of all shipping boxes or shipping pallets.
